Marixza Gonzalez, Recruiter

In her role as recruiter, Marixza is responsible for building and managing relationships with potential and existing candidates across the country, and fitting the right candidate with the right role. Marixza brings to Golden Compass ten years of experience in all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and payroll. Her recruiting support areas have included human resources, logistics, engineering, finance and accounting, and light industrial. Marixza graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, with a BA in Business Administration/Human Resources.
